Our History

Over 11 years ago, three budding entrepreneurs, with deep roots in the cable industry, recognized the need to build an infrastructure for interactivity in the TV industry. itaas was established in 1999 and is a privately held software solutions company dedicated to enabling iTV for our customers.

In this journey of over 11 years, we have enabled our customers to make iTV a reality. A reality made possible by our enduring relationships with our customers and industry standard consortiums.

We are committed to the iTV industry, and our continued investment in the expansion of our infrastructure and staff worldwide, is a testament to that. As we continue to broaden our portfolio of services, we are committed to adding best-in-class staff and infrastructure to support our customers’ needs.

In 2007, we expanded our development teams in the U.S., by adding a development center in Noida, India to provide our customers with a talented resource pool and a cost-effective solution.

In 2010, we opened our development and support facility in London, Canada to provide services for both U.S. and Canadian customers for the deployment of iTV solutions, focusing on technologies such as EBIF, tru2way® and IP.
