Vibha Rustagi is a founding partner and President and Chief Executive Officer of itaas, Inc. Rustagi is responsible for expanding itaas' leadership position in the industry and provides strategic direction and business development expertise. She has more than 20 years of cable television related experience, including strategic business development, marketing and product management, engineering and sales for domestic and international markets. Rustagi earned seven patents during her tenure at Scientific-Atlanta. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University. Rustagi is an active member of The Cable and Telecommunications Association for Marketing, The Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers and serves on the advisory board of the Women's Leadership Exchange. She is also a Mentor Member of the The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE). Rustagi was featured amongst the "Top 40 under 40 Up and Comers" by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. She recently received the Distinguished Young Alumni Award from the University of Pittsburgh from amongst 25000 alumni. 


Jatin Desai is a founding partner and Chief Technology Officer of itaas, Inc. Desai serves as the chief architect and technical visionary of itaas, guiding the company's project and product development and assisting clients with their technical strategies. He has more than 18 years of engineering experience and technical leadership honed at Scientific-Atlanta, Sun Microsystems, Digital Equipment Corporation, Fidelity Management & Research. At Scientific-Atlanta, Desai was a key contributor for the architecture, design and development of various digital network components. Desai holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering from Maharaja Sayajirao University in India and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. He is a member of The Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers and the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers.


Jaspal Bhasin is a founding partner and Chief Operating Officer of itaas, Inc. He focuses on financial and operation matters, along with leading technical initiatives for the company. Instrumental in iTV since its inception when he contributed in early trials, Bhasin brings more than 18 years of technology experience to the company, in the areas of iTV, client server systems, data warehousing and artificial intelligence. Bhasin has held a number of high-level positions at such companies as Naviant, Sybase and Computer Associates. He earned a Bachelor of Electronics and Communications from REC in India and a Master of Computer Science and Management Science from the University of Tennessee.
